- Make sure the bail bond fee is paid in full.
- Check in with our office weekly for updates on their case.
Co-Signer Duties & Responsibilities:
A co-signer agrees to:
- Ensure the defendant attends all court hearings.
- Make sure payments are made on time.
- Check in weekly to get updates on the case, the defendant's living situation, and contact information.
Please note that our services are non-refundable. We charge a 10% fee to post bail and keep it active.
